WP8 directly contributes to the broader objectives of the SERAS project by ensuring the effective dissemination and exploitation of results, maximizing the impact of project outcomes, and fostering stakeholder engagement and the growth of the SERAS Alliance. It aligns with key EU priorities on skills development, sectoral cooperation, and policy support for workforce transformation in rail. Against the ambition to create a widely recognised platform for skills in rail, the work will ensure that SERAS reaches a wide range of audiences, from learners and education providers to policymakers and industry stakeholders. 

The first task (Task 8.1, led by wmp) will establish and manage the core communication infrastructure of SERAS, including the project website, newsletter, and social media presence. The website will serve as the primary hub for providing information in the SERAS project and the SERAS Alliance, updates, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement. 

Task 8.2, led by UNIGE relates to the dissemination strategy will be integrated with the project’s sustainability efforts, reinforcing the long-term adoption of results. It will employ a multi-channel approach, leveraging digital platforms, virtual and physical events, and direct engagement of project partners as well as those stakeholders that will join the SERAS Alliance.  

The exploitation activities will focus on promoting the SERAS skills strategy, supporting sector-wide upskilling and reskilling initiatives, and enhancing the visibility of project outcomes at the European level (Task 8.3, led by UNIROMA1).  

Finally, in the context of Task 8.4 (led by UASFHE) policy recommendations will be formulated to ensure that SERAS contributes to shaping skills development frameworks within EU policy structures.  

Each task is led by a specific partner, with contributions from all consortium members. Additional input may come from subcontractors or external experts for technical dissemination activities, media production, and high-level policy engagements.
