Work Package 1:  Project Management, Quality Assurance and Impact Assessment

The aims of WP 1 are devoted to the effective project management for ensuring efficient project coordination, financial and technical reporting, governance, and quality assurance. This means to structure the action under the following key objectives: 

• planning, organizing, and controlling the integrated effort of the consortium;  
• guaranteeing the achievement of the project objectives within the time schedule and budget;  
• assure the quality of the project deliverables and results. 

To these aims, the following activities will be performed during the whole project life-time: coordinating the project administration, financial, and technical management; planning meetings of the consortium, which will be a mix of face-to-face meetings and virtual meetings. managing the project effectively, reporting problems and issues, establishing contingency plans, handling disputes, and guaranteeing on-time delivering; continuous risk monitoring; monitoring and assessing the quality of the project deliverables and results; managing the collection, revision, and submission of deliverables; providing regular communications (within the consortium and towards the EC) to keep everyone informed about changes to plan and possible delays.
